Tune out the stresses of your day and tune into your inner calm by learning how to activate the relaxation response (a term coined by Dr Herbert Benson, professor, author and cardiologist), with Clinical Hypnotherapist, Trish Cumming. Trish will guide you through a progressive relaxation that will enable you to break the train of every day thought, achieve a quieter mind and gently slip into a state of mental and physical relaxation. Emerge feeling refreshed and alert, just like after a good nights sleep.
Each session is designed to help you experience a sense of renewal through the use of generalised positive suggestions which can assist with motivation, contentment and overall good health.
Regular relaxation practice can help reduce the symptoms of ongoing stress, rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit, encourage good health, restful sleep and positive habits. Learning how to engage the relaxation response is a great skill that can help us to be better equipped to deal with life’s unexpected stressors, heal ourselves, and achieve better health.
